Ballet Gothenburg
Om Ballet Gothenburg
Ballet Gothenburg, a community ballet studio, was conceived in 2018 out of the simple desire to share the art of ballet with adults wishing to come back to class after many years or for the very first time. Deeply rooted in American ballet, it is a place for adult dancers to feel at home, welcome, seen, and taken as seriously as any other ballet student. It is also a place for those just curious what ballet is about or looking for a fun way to exercise. Ballet is for any age, any body type, anyone wanting or wiling to learn. It is never ever too late to begin or begin again. All classes are taught in English.

Adult Ballet Retreat August 2026
Join us in August, 2026 for a retreat to remember as we invite current faculty and alumni from the School of American Ballet (SAB) to get a glimpse into the lineage of George Balanchine, founder of SAB and New York City Ballet. We gather the evening of August 10th for a meet & greet reception with our teachers and fellow dancers. Join us for daily technique class, pointe, technique workshops, choreography, and a beautiful dockside warm-up and outdoor performance on our final day.
