Private sessions are suitable for rehabilitation, injury recovery, seniors, or anyone who needs individual guidance and a personalized program. Semi-private sessions (2–5 people) are suitable for beginners and intermediate students who want a more personal and guided practice with hands-on adjustments. Friskvård is accepted.
